Hardware Replacement

We use gold-alloy (14K, 18K Gold-plated), silver-alloy, rosegold-plated hardware for all our designs.

Qns: What is Gold/ Silver/ Rose Gold Alloy mean?
Ans: It means there are other metal compositions such as copper, zinc, nickel etc to mix along with gold, silver to increase their strength.

Qns: Do they rust and tarnish?
Ans: Most of the alloy hardware do not rust easily but YES they will tarnish overtime. Hence, please refer to our care-tip card which we have provided for our customers for more information.

Qns: Where do I have to send my bracelet for hardware replacement and when can i receive it?
Ans: We will update you our mailing address for you to send your bracelet to us. Please note customer has to borne the delivery for sending and delivery back to you. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to do the replacement for you. We will update you once the replacement has been completed. Self-collection is available (only for website purchase only) subject to our availability.

Qns: Can I have the exact hardware design as my current bracelet when i send over to do hardware replacement?
Ans: YES - provided the bracelets are made by us.  For other place of purchase, we will try to get the same if not, closest design for you. 

Qns: Does this ($5) include change of charm/carving?
Ans: NO. For change of charm, please refer to our charm list at IG (@SHSecrets.SG) and DM us your preferred charm. Additional charges for charm/carving required.

Qns: How many bracelets (hardware replacement) for $5?
Ans: $5 is applicable for 1 bracelet (hardware replacement) ONLY. 2 bracelets will be $5 x 2 and etc.
