Delivery / Self-Collection

Local (Singapore) customers:
- Doorstep delivery via SingPost Speedpost or Lalamove.

Singpost Speedpost:
- Deliver within 2-3 working days.
- Tracking no will be provided.

Lalamove:
- For urgent delivery.
- Deliver within same day. Payment after 10pm will be scheduled next day.
- Driver information and vehicle no will be provided for tracking and security reasons. 

EXCLUSIVE! Self-Collection
- Strictly for website purchase(s).
- Self-Collection venue at Pasir Ris MRT Station
- Date & Time to be arranged after order status has been updated to "Ready for Collection".

International customers:
- Doorstep delivery accordingly to your local courier services.
- We will use Singapore Post, known as Singpost, to deliver your parcel(s).
- Tracking no will be provided.

Singpost - Speedpost Economy
- Delivery: 10-20 working days depending on your location.
- Tracking no will be provided

Singpost - Speedpost Priority
- Delivery: 8-14 working days depending on your location.
- Tracking no will be provided

Note:
We will assure QC (quality checks) for all items conducted prior packing and we take pride in making sure all the item are carefully wrapped before shipment.
However please note we will not be liable for any loss/ missing parcel. Thank you
