Qns: I just bought the bracelet not more than 2 weeks and its tight/loose for me. Can I change the string?
Ans: Yes. We offer FREE 1-time string replacement for our customers who purchase their bracelets from us. Valid 2 weeks after receiving the bracelets. Kindly note that delivery has to be born by customers for sending and delivery back to you. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to do the replacement and we will update you once the replacement has been done.

Qns: Can I send the bracelets which I have purchased from elsewhere to you for elastic string replacement?
Ans: Yes of course! We will be most delighted to help and thank you for your trust in us as well :)

Qns: Can I change push-pull/ magnetic clasp bracelet to full elastic-string bracelet?
Ans: YES and additional charges apply. Please DM / email us the current design and we will update on the additional charge(s) required.
